Kristen Dzvonyicsak is Vice President and Division Manager of PMI’s State College Residential office, where she leads a team overseeing more than 1,000 rental units, including student & conventional housing. She is responsible for directing comprehensive property management services for both property owners and residents, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and care.

Kristen is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). She is a graduate of Leadership Centre County’s Class of 2020 and previously served on the Patton Township Affordable Housing Task Force.
